Integrated Alerting (Alert List gives Internal server Error)

We updated our PMM to latest version 2.14 to 2.18 Facing Alert List display
http://xxxx/v1/management/ia/Alerts/List
Request Method: POST
Status Code: 500 Internal Server Error

In The Integrated Alerting, Alert List is not displaying when alert fringes. Please find the attachment

Could you check if any additional information related to the error can be found in logs?
/srv/logs/alertmanager.log
/srv/logs/grafana.log
/srv/logs/nginx.error.log

we didn’t find much information relates to error in logs
