Hi I’m trying to use Integrated alerting for our mysql instances we have registred in PMM 2.28. I have created a simple alert rules to get an email when mysql is down . After I created the alerts it seems that PMM see all my mysql instances as being down which is not the case. I have checked the doc but could not find anything on how to diagnose it.

Can you please upgrade to the latest PMM and use the new alerting which replaced Integrated Alerting?

Hi i have upgraded to 2.32 in our test environment and alerting is now working. I tried to upgrade our prod environment but after upgrade all agents were unable to connect like all agent have disapear from pmm inventory. Error in client was : Failed to establish two-way communication channel: No Agent with ID “/agent_id/8eae63b6-de12
-4669-8826-54e51b634230”
I had a vm snapshot so I reverted the upgrade but I d’ont know what I did wrong since I did the same thing on our test environment.
Do you have an idea ?
