Hey guys,

I have a question about connection S3 storage to Everest. In my organization we are not using IAM users, instead we prefer IAM roles + service_account. Is it possible to connect S3 bucket to the everest using roles instead of Access/Secret key?

I am using ArgoCD to deploy everest, so I am pretty flexible to add any new values.

Unfortunately Percona operators currently do not support IAM roles to connect to S3 and we need this to be supported by operators before we can make this possible in Everest. I would be very much interested in learning more details about your use case as we’re about to start investigating this with the operators team.
