Why all the services are DOWN?

Hello,

I am using latest version of percona server for mysql and my all services are down. I tried to reinstall persona server and mysql. I also tried to create new user in Database but i am unable to do so. Please help me. And my database is also working.

Here i have attached screenshot of what issue i am facing.

I see the agent is running, but most likely the agent is unable to log in to your MySQL server. How did you configure the agent? Did you first create a user in MySQL with appropriate permissions? Be sure to read through the setup docs: MySQL - Percona Monitoring and Management
