Innobackupex install steps for MySQL-8.0.33

Hi ,
Currently, we are using innobackupex version 2.4.29 for MySQL 5.7. However, it’s incompatible with MySQL 8.0.33. I’m looking advice on the appropriate version for MySQL 8.0.33 and installation steps for innobackupex. While I checked Percona’s downloads, I only found XtraBackup packages. We prefer to continue using innobackupex. Any guidance on this would be appreciated.

Hello @naga,
innobackupex is dead software. The development of it stopped with MySQL 8.0. You will need to switch to using Xtrabackup 8.0.
