Galera Arbitrator Failing: How to troubleshoot?

When I try to start galera arbitrator on my primary node, I don’t see any error on command prompt. However, when I try to check the status, I see following

Redirecting to /bin/systemctl status garb.service
● garb.service - Galera Arbitrator Daemon
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/garb.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: inactive (dead)

Mar 10 19:29:33 ip-xx-0-4-xx.ec2.internal systemd[1]: Started Galera Arbitrator Daemon.

It says inactive (dead). How can I troubleshoot and look at the logs? Percona installation guide does not have any information on troubleshooting. Thanks.

Hi, sometimes systemd likes to hide errors. You can get more details by running journalctl -xe. Also I suggest to check the file permissions of the log file/directory.
