"Error: no progress from leader, backup metadata not found"

While trying to resolve

I started getting the following message when starting a new backup:
“Error: no progress from leader, backup metadata not found”

Between the attempts to solve backups issues, there was a replacement of primary node to other server (without issues from mongodb availability), when cluster was all-good I tried to run pbm backup, which returns that error message, I was unable to find it on, docs, forum or google.
Also pbm-agent was updated to 1.6.1 on all 3 replica nodes.

Interestingly I wasn’t able to even find source code for the error message.
The solution: Restart pbm-agents services on each node.
