Can't find PMM Settings page in PMM2

In my Grafana Home page, i can’t find PMM Settings dashboard in the PMM menu. And i use the admin user.

PMM version:
2.3.0

I want to change the setting of DATA RETENTION. docker -e METRICS_RETENTION=192h can be used in PMM1.0, but it doesn’t work in PMM2.

The manual shows that there should have 3 options:

Hello woson, you are right in 2.3.0 Settings button disappeared from that menu.
But you can call it from dashboards list:
