Upgrade mysql Version 8.0.13-4 to Version 8.0.29-21

Thanks for you assistance and time.

We are using Percona Server for mysql Version 8.0.13-4 on RHEL 7.1 and we would like to upgrade to Version 8.0.29-21.

Please advise detailed process to achieve this upgrade.

Keep in mind you should treat minor version upgrades in 8.0 branch as if they were a major version upgrade, since so many major changes are introduced.
