Excuse my ignorance but I am working with our IT staff on setting up a help desk system. There side is all setup now and I need to run a trace basically to see where the data is stored and called. Is there a program similar to MS-SQL Profiler out there I could use on a windows box to trace and see how this webapp is pulling data from the mysql box? I’m just trying to see how a ticket table is sharing data with an attachment table. Ticket number is not shared on the attachment table so I have no idea how the webapp knows to pull both tables. Any help would be great.
