I am getting an error after copying database files to new server. I copied all of the server files as well. Windows 10 Pro. 10.3.10-MariaDB

SQL Error (1049): Unknown database ‘unnamed’

You should NOT manually copy data files from one server to another. It might work (but still not suggested) .
I suggest you take a backup and restore on this server rather than “copying” the files.
You can use either mysqldump or mariabackup for this
