Hi, this can be for many reasons… can you should check pbm-agent logs on all members of the replica set for clues?

In the log there is [agentCheckup] check storage connection: storage check failed with: stat /data/backup

Please make sure the /data/backup folder is accessible from all the members of the replica set by the mongod user.
