Replication between two Postgres Cluster with different versions

I have two Percona PostgreSQL clusters deployed on different Kubernetes clusters:

  1. The first cluster uses Percona Operator v1.1 and PostgreSQL 14.1.
  2. The second cluster uses Percona Operator v2.5 and PostgreSQL 16.3.

I need to set up data replication from the first cluster to the second. Could you please advise on the best approach to achieve this?

The only option to setup replication from postgres 14 to 16 is logical replication.
