Readiness Probe failed on Mysql pod

Hi,
I am using percona everest version 1.1.0
I was trying to deploy a Mysql server from the Everest UI, the DB kept initializing and I checked the mysql pods that created by everest and see the mysql pods are failing the readiness probes

Here are the details error:
Readiness probe failed: ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can’t connect to MySQL server on ‘10.42.10.26:33062’ (111) + [[ ‘’ == \P\r\i\m\a\r\y ]] + exit 1
10.42.10.26 is the IP of it own pod address

For mor information:
My cluster version is v1.27.15+rke2r1 and they are accessing the internet behind a proxy server

Any help would be very appreciated
