PMM Server with the given ID already exists


I’m trying to connect a brand new instance of PMM to a new Percona Platform account. When I click “validate Platform connection” I get an error that says “PMM Server with the given ID already exists.” I have no PMM instances showing in Percona Platform, nor have any ever been connected.

Anyone have insight into this?

Please send me a private message with your Platform account ID, and the ID of your PMM. I’ll send the info to our platform team so they can see what happened.
