pmm server that system was crash. i was not stop pmm client server in other server. and reinstall pmm server

Remove the init file mentioned in the error message, also remove folders /usr/local/percona/qan-agent/config, /usr/local/percona/qan-agent/data, /usr/local/percona/qan-agent/instance and try to add service again.
PMM v1.0.5 is going to be release on Wednesday. It will have a functionality to check for broken installation automatically.
