pmm-client cannot communicate server

hi!
my pmm-client address:172.26.0.149,pmm-server address:172.26.0.135,docker0:172.17.42.1

Why does pmm-client communicate with 172.17.0.1?
Now pmm-client cannot communicate with server, what should I do?
please help
