After installing pmm-client on the new server, I registered it with pmm-server.
root]# pmm-admin config --server-insecure-tls --server-url=https://admin:PW@PMM Server HOST:4443
Registered nodes are visible in the tab of PMM INVENTORY, but not in the Node Name CheckBox.
The figure below shows the result of executing the command on the newly registered server.
I’d appreciate it if you could tell me what to check.

Initially it looks like you have done everything correctly and we can rule out firewall since you were able to register and are able to run the list command which also requires communication with PMM Server.
I would encourage you to look at the syslog log for any errors related to PMM Client (you can grep for pmm-agent
). Feel free to attach the log here and we’ll have a look.

This problem seems to be a network problem in our company.
The next day after registering the new node, it was confirmed to be successfully registered.
When a new node is registered in the same IP zone, it appears quickly, and when a new node is registered in a different IP zone, it appears to be displayed in the Node_name checkbox after about 12 hours. (I haven’t been able to confirm that it takes exactly 12 hours.)
Currently I can use PMM normally.
