Percona XtraBackup 8.0.28-19?

Hello,

I am working with the latest version of Mysql.8.0.
This works with version 8.0.28. which was released since January.

When can I expect the corresponding release of 8.0.28 Xtrabackup ?

currently I can’t perform backup of the affected databases

Hi @Gorbi ,

We are in the process of testing PXB 8.0.28, we should have it ready in a week or two if everything goes fine on QA.

Meanwhile, MySQL 8.0.28 and PXB are still compatible (eg.: no DD changes introduced, …) so you can still backup using --no-server-version-check parameter .
