I am using Percona 5.5 as our production server. I need to upgrade this server into 5.6.If anybody did this upgrade please help me to upgrade my server

Mind you that this upgrade will incur downtime, and since you are dealing with production it would be wise do make a replica of the production server then point your application to the replica while you update your production servers.
