Hi i am running the percona server for MongoDB and am wondering if it is possible to use a business intelligence connector alongside it. Or if there is some documentation around the use of them in the Percona server

Unfortunately we currently do not have an implementation for a BI Connector in Percona.
That being said as Percona Server for MongoDB is a drop in replacement for MongoDB CE you can use any MongoDB Connector.
For our customers we recommend CData and their connectors as we have only good experiences with them.
