Missing many system level metrics in PMM server for RDS Aurora MySQL

pmm-server - 2.12.0
RDS - 5.7.mysql_aurora.2.08.2

I’ve added our RDS instances as per the following instructions

So for example if I look at the ‘OS / Node Summary’ dashboard, many for the graphs are empty and report ‘No Data’. See the uploaded screen shot. Is this simply a consequence of not being able to run the PMM Agent on the RDS nodes?

Hi Steven,

Could you make sure that Enable Enhanced Monitoring option is enabled in the settings of your Amazon RDS DB instance?

Only some elements have no data on this dashboard for an RDS instance.

Thanks, I thought I already had it enabled, turns out it wasn’t
