Migrate Server Mysql (in production ) to Percona XtraDB Cluster

Hi everybody ,
I need some help … I want to know if it’s possible to migrate a standalone server mysql to a cluster ?
If yes , what is the procedure (documentation ?? ).

Informations:
Server Mysql 5.5 in production
PerconaXtraDB55 (3 nodes)
