I don’t know how to do it and I need to learn how to do a cold backup (with the system off) and restore.

Hello @Adrian_Molina_de_la,
Is this MySQL, Mongo, PGSQL? A cold backup can be taken by simply copying the data directory of your database to another location and using that copy for a restore.
