When hot backup of Percona Server for MongoDB is used, the disk I/O of the system is full. Does this state affect the performance and stability of MongoDB

how are you measuring this? 100% of util in iostat for example, that doesn’t necessarily mean the I/O subsystem “is full”. Check latency values and number of IOPS. I suggest you use PMM to monitor these (and many other) metrics.
