Getting the error : **software "mongodb" is not installed: incompatible service

I am currently working on leveraging Percona Backup for MongoDB (PBM) within the PMM environment. I have all my setups based on Documentation.

When i tried to Add backups, i am getting the error : **software “mongodb” is not installed: incompatible service.

Please any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi, the error is that PMM agent cannot identify mongod service. Make sure you add the PATH to the user under which PMM client is running. Also keep in mind it doesn’t work if mongo is running in docker container. Can you share some logs from inside PMM container? should be under /srv

Please check pbm agent logs on each replica set member, there should be some error there.
