Adding Custom Queries to the PMM for the RDS Server

Hi All,

I have the two AWS RDS servers, which are under one monitoring server. From the monitoring server, I am connecting the RDS servers.

I am looking for the instruction on how to add custom queries to the RDS servers.

In the VM server, we have a separate path to place the custom queries. But in RDS how to place it?

Hello @Asuwini_P,
Custom monitoring queries are placed in the same location as before in PMM. You are modifying PMM’s config, not RDS config. SSH to the PMM server, exec into the docker container and edit the same custom query config file as you did before.
