I have been trying to install XtraDB Cluster for a week, first persona-xtradb-cluster was missing all together, now it is there but now it is telling me that qpress can not be found. How can I add qpress to my server, it’s not in the latest repository. Jay
qpress should be bundled when you installed xtradb cluster. Did you try ‘yum install qpress’? Can you also install percona-xtrabackup-80?

Please refer to the installation how-to for Percona-XtraDB-Cluster distribution:
Install Percona Distribution
On that particular page please select “Install Percona XtraDB Cluster-based variant” → “On Red Hat Enterprise Linux and derivatives”
Once you enable pdpxc-8.0.30 with the following command, you should be able to install all the required packages for PXC
sudo percona-release setup pdpxc-8.0.30
Installation example from test OL9 docker

Thanks for your report. I have performed deep investigation and found the root of the issue why you faced this issue
For now it is fixed and there shouldn’t be any issues installing qpress
