Why does the size of the xtraback Docker image grow so quickly?

tag 8.3 is less than 200MB, while tag 8.4 is close to 400MB, doubling in size. when I pulled to local, the image is more than 1.4G.

Docker image percona/percona-xtrabackup:8.3 is based on ubi8 but ubi9 is used for percona-xtrabackup:8.4
