Why did my service shut down automatically?

I use pmm2.18.0 to monitor my mongodb shared cluster. But some of the mongodb services shut down automatically, so I have to remove them and restart the service.How can I deal with it?

Not sure I understand the issue…are you saying that the mongodb exporter stops running and you are no longer getting metrics from your shards OR are you saying that the actual database instance stops runing and has to be restarted?

I mean the mongodb exporter stops running not the database instance.
