I am not sure that you have given enough information to recommend the database to anyone.
The choice of database depends on many factors.
I don’t think you plan to develop your ecommerce project yourself.
You need to choose a ready-made platform:
- Popular platforms you need to install on your server (use MySQL): Magento, WooCommerce
