I wanted to post an issue on JIRA, unfortunately I got an permission denied. I’ve followed the steps to submit an issue.

Yes I’ve logged in.
Anyway, I just tried to access the JIRA just by now and it’s working.
It requires approval from JIRA admin though.

I’m having this issue right now.
I’ve read on some other posts that I need to register to be able to create an issue.
How do I go about that please?

If that does not work, please send me your email address at community@percona.com or in a private message on the forum, and we will send you an invitation. Or you can do that right away.
It is probably best to use an email address that is not associated with other Atlassian organizations or companies, as account-level permissions may be restricted.
