Unable to create a Percona Server bug in Jira due to permission error

Hi Percona team,
I am trying to report a bug for Percona Server for MySQL in Percona Jira.

When I click Create, Jira shows the following error:

“You do not have permission to perform this action. Please log in.”

I am using an Atlassian account and trying to create a bug for Percona Server for MySQL / PS.

Could you please help me enable the correct permission or tell me the right way to submit this bug?

Are you sure you are correctly logged in? From the error message it seems you are not, so please double check this.

If you are not properly logged in, you will see the login button at the top right of the window:

Thank you so much for trying to create an Issue and letting us know. I’m sorry that you’ve run into a problem.

This problem has already been encountered by users, try the following method.
Even if you have logged in, you need to click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner and press Log In again.

This is a Jira Atlassian bug.
