Translate Salesforce case feeds

We have salesforce service console (Lightning) for our ticketing system. The Customer can add the case feeds in their preferred language. But we want those case feeds to be translated to English so our engineers can work immediately without need of translators.

Is this possible in Salesforce ?

I’m sure you should check out one of the many SalesForce user communities. They will definitely tell you which App for SalesForce you need. It is likely that such a large and popular product has many Apps for multi-language functionality.
