[QAN] Add user & source on query details

Hi,

I’ve setup PMM for some MySQL production server. It work like a charm even on a little server (RAM 5Go, Debian 7). Congrats for this beautiful tool !
Ugrade is already planified, when I will migrate on a new VM.

For now, I would know if it is possible on QAN to obtain for each query the user and/or source who executed it ?
I’ven’t seen any options to add it for now.

We have many applications that connect on central servers, each with different users. Queries on the same table may come from several source.
Having this information available would allow us to have a better view of the source of slowness.

Is this an already planned improvement ?

I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying PMM!

In PMM Server 1.x you cannot see the user nor source for Query Analytics. We are introducing support for this type of view in our PMM 2.0 release, which we are expecting an alpha to ship towards the end of this month! So yes this is an improvement that is planned :slight_smile:
