PMM Server version downgrade

Hi.

Accidentally upgraded PMM2 server version from 2.28.0 to 2.32.0 and we have errors like this on many graphs

Error message

server error: 500: <html>
<head><title>500 Internal Server Error</title></head>
<body>
<center><h1>500 Internal Server Error</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx</center>
</body>
</html>

Is there any way to downgrade the server version back to 2.28.0 without re-installing it ? we need the previous data to be available.

Hi @Ani_Ghoghoberidze sorry for the delay in responding - do you still see this issue? usually this nginx error is resolved by restarting the container.

Failing that, can you navigate to the PMM settings dashboard and download the logs.zip so we can examine the errors in detail?

Downgrading is supported only by restoring from backup. do you have a backup taken from 2.28 we can use as a restoration point?
