PMM server log in details

Hi Everyone
I have installed PMM server in AWS (ubuntu 18) 2 months ago
Everything went smoothly was able to log in to the dashboard and all

Now I’m trying to access the server and the admin admin log ins isnt working
truthfully speaking I can not remember if I changed the log on details for it etc…

How do I find it? so I can log back in to it
please help me masters

docker exec pmm-server change-admin-password <new_password>
