PMM Query Analitics "Unknown error" + dashboard empty

Hello All,
I have installed PMM and generally I get good info from this. Thank you !
However most important part Query Analitics , when open I get 4-6 popups in top right “Unknown error”

Also please point me to documentation how to configure client on a shared cpanel hosting to seed so much needed data.

Thank you,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Could you check if any details of errors can be found in grafana.log?
You may download all server logs on “PMM Setting” page → “Download server diagnostics”

Hi Daniel,

It looks like PMM isn’t fully supported by your hosting platform.
Could you provide us with more details of your installation?

Also could you make a screenshot of the developer console with mentioned errors?

Thank you for answering.

I have deployed server over a docker on a synology / xpnology machine. it’s release 2.12.0.

On client machine that I am interested more to monitor can be installed only client release 2.12.

Please tell me how to open that developer console, I have searched on documentation but I didn’t found. I have made a print screen of QAN screen
Thank you,
Daniel

Developer console can be opened in the menu “More tools” (Chrome).
e.g.

I’m puzzled by port 4580 that is shown in your grafana logs.

Hello @Vadim_Yalovets,
I have deployed PMM on a docker on top of a synology / xpnology machine.
Port 80 and 443 are taken by other webserver. that’s why I have mapped that image to use internally ports 4580 45443 .
it seems that I have something wrong since 4 calls are returning bad gateway. looks like an ajax call failed :

Hi. I’ve got exactly the same problem. Exactly the same errors (502) about exactly the same files pop up in the console. I’m using the latest version of PMM Server.

Any idea how to fix it?

Same here except that I use 8080 and 4430
