Is it possible to send an alert via webhook if the query time exceeds 3 seconds for all queries on PMM QAN?

PMM does not monitor active, currently running queries. The info you see in the QAN is post-execution of the query. As a workaround, you can set long_query_time (assuming this is MySQL) to 3s, and then create an alarm on that metric if > 0
