I don’t know why such an error occurs

The highlighted messages are just the warnings resemble some issue while data scrapping. By any chance, did you defines any custom settings in prometheus/VictoriaMetrics configurations ?

Are you facing any issues in the PMM UI or with respect to any metrics/dashboard as well ?

May be better if you can share the complete PMM Server logs/configurations for a detailed review.
