Pmm client installation on ubuntu

Hey , I have successfully installed pmm-server 2 on my ubuntu 20.04 arm64 and the graphs is visible on gui , https:localhost:443 , now i have 3 galera nodes on each of them i am trying to install pmm-client 2,
but i am getting this following error

Any fixes for this ?

Please check if PMM server is reachable from your “testing” host.
