Could you share the Error log from this node and from another node that survives? That way we can analyze why instance gsnxwljypt211 left the cluster. Thanks!

As I can see there is a message “INVALIDARGUMENT”
So it is needed to see what is in my.cnf file and mysqld log will be very helpful for investigation
