Percona SSH based configuratin failing

HI

su - www-data -c ‘env -i php /usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/ss_get_by_ssh.php --type memory --host 10.78.203.141 --items gu,gv’

gu:-1 gv:-1 (not returing proper values)

i am able to do
root@CACTI:/usr/share/cacti/site/scripts# ssh -i /etc/cacti/id_rsa cacti@10.78.203.141 echo “it works”
it works

i am not sure why i ama not getting the output

User www-data should be able to access and use /etc/cacti/id_rsa.
Try your ssh command but with sudo -u www-data
