Could you please provide more details for us?
More details as you have will be appreciated to help you with your deployment complications.
From my understanding, you want to deploy a pxc cluster with nodes available in multi regions on your cloud provider( or on-prem instances ), and you not able to configure sync replication between these regions.

I have deployed a multi-region cluster as mentioned in the link. But the replication is oneway is there any option available to do a bi-directional replication.
