Percona Live 2026 — May 27–29, Bay Area

Percona Live 2026 is a great chance for our community to meet in person, talk with the Percona team, and learn more about open source databases.

The event will take place in the Bay Area, at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California. Main event page: https://perconalive.com/

Right now the schedule is still being built — the Call for Papers is open, and community members can submit talk proposals: Talk Submission | Percona Live 2026 - Mountain View, California, May 27-29

The conference will run for three days, with four parallel tracks and 60+ talks planned. Sessions will cover MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, Valkey, performance, observability, operations, cloud-native databases, and many other topics.

If you want to share your experience, you can apply to speak. If not, it’s still a good opportunity to meet other database engineers and learn something useful for your work.

My company would like to send me but I need more details on the agenda. I went to the Percona conference in Denver and it was amazing.

Hi, Kaile

Thank you. I’m keeping track of the approval process for the submitted proposals. Our technical leads and experts have now reviewed all the submitted papers, and the approved ones will be published soon. I’ll check with the organizers to find out exactly when the approved topics and program will be published.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! It would really help if I could have something by the end of the week; my company can take a long time to approve things and I don’t want to miss this.

I completely understand. Today I requested a list of the presentations that have already been approved.

The full list and schedule aren’t ready yet.

But I can already share with you the list of approved presentations.

The schedule and room assignments will be published later. There will be a total of 4 parallel tracks over 3 days, featuring presentations and 3-hour hands-on workshops.

That’s exactly what I needed, thanks!

I know your detailed agenda will have this but my company is asking now… Is there a lunch provided?

Hi, sorry for the late reply—it was the weekend, and I haven’t heard back yet about the meals.
But we usually always arrange for meals.

I got a reply saying there will be food there.
