Pbm-agent on arbiter node

I have a mongodb replicaset consisting of 3 nodes

node-01 - primary
node-02 - secondary
node-03 - arbiter node

do I need install pbm-agent on the arbiter node?

there is no value in having pbm on arbiter.
But maybe you have some idea or problem that can be solved by that. Can you tell me more?
