We have resolve the problem using below command line :
./pmm-admin add mongodb --server-insecure-tls --server-url=https://admin:xxx:8443 --username=svcmonitorpmm --password=XXX --host=ests --port=27017 --tls --query-source=profiler --cluster=rspre
