MySQL replication 1677

I have a replication error 1677 . Table cannot be converted from type varchar(135 octects ) to type varchar(303 octects) character set utf8. Any Help would be appreciated

Please provide SHOW CREATE TABLE on both source and replica.

Show create table outputs is the same on both servers( master and replica) the trouble column is a dynamic column and data type is blob both in the same server

Could you please provide SHOW CREATE TABLE on both source and replica? This will allow us to recreate your setup and run some tests if necessary. And also the full output from SHOW REPLICA STATUS\G

Thank you Mr.Mathew I was able to resolve the issue by repairing the table with restarting replication as well. Thank you
