Oracle does not publicly state the nature of CVEs fixed within a particular release not do they correlate them to specific bug reports or patches within the MySQL code base. We (Percona) have no agreement with Oracle to have access and disclose this information. Since you are asking about MariaDB, you might want to ask them but I am sure that they also do not have this information. So the question that you are asking can not be answered deterministically.

MariaDB 10.3.7 is also extremely old (May 2018), you really should be moving up to a newer series as well as a newer point release, particularly if you are concerned with security issues and there have been a great number of changes and fixes made in the releases since then.
