Insert with unique_checks=OFF into table with TTL crashing MyRocks 8.0.39

hi there,

It used to work in MyRocks 8.0.26 but is crashing MyRocks 8.0.39. I put some details in

Any workarounds for doing blind inserts?
INSERT ON DUPLICATE UPDATE would slow down our inserts a lot.
